About Your New German speaking Job

• You will be dealing with Clients via phone, emails, live chat, What’s App and Social Media
• You will be responsible for the entire client lifecycle
• You will be working closely with the Onboarding and Engineering teams
• Dealing with incoming queries from clients and creating Tickets
• Updating the system with client information to include incidents or bugs
• Dealing with clients in Germany, Switzerland and other countries in Europe
• You will be the first point of contact regarding the operational knowledge of the company’s software
• You will be resolving issues from the beginning to the end in a polite, efficient and courteous manner
• Recording all information on the internal database
• Providing feedback to your Manager

What Skills You Need for this Job

• Written and spoken fluent German
• Written and spoken fluent English
• Customer services or Client Services experience of at least 1 year within an office environment is essential
• Finance or Accounting experience or a Degree is a strong advantage
• University Degree is a strong advantage
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
