German-speaking B2C Customer Care Representative
Our client in Dublin City Centre are looking to recruit a B2C Customer Care Rep with fluent German. This will be a Hybrid role so you will be required to be in the office for a minimum of 22 days per quarter
Key Responsibilities:
- • Generate sales leads and convert opportunities into successful sales.
- • Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries.
- • Manage accounts and maintain relevant records.
- • Provide daily and weekly reports on progress towards targets.
Who are you?
- • Passionate about Customer Experience.
- • Proven success in a fast-paced sales and support environment.
- • Strong communication skills, including exceptional writing abilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- • Sales and Client Relationship experience in luxury or exclusive brands (Retail or e-commerce preferred).
- • Proficiency in identifying sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
- • Customer service experience in luxury hospitality, call center, contact center, or IT support.
- • Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, and MS Suite.
- • Fluent in English & German (knowledge of another EU language is advantageous).
