Our client, who is the professional representative and leadership organisation for community pharmacists are looking for an Academy & Training Officer to join their team in Dublin.

Based in Dublin 14, the academy provides continuous professional development (CPD) by offering a range of training programs for pharmacy professionals which are designed to help professionals remain current with medical knowledge and practices.

As part of the Academy & Training Department you will play a crucial role in ensuring that pharmacy professionals in Ireland have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance operational systems to ensure smooth process flows.
• Organise and coordinate various different activities.
• Update and maintain databases.
• Generate reports and analyse data to drive decisions and improvements.
• Event management such as graduations and training sessions.
• Quality assurance.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Excellent communication.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Sufficient in Microsoft Office.
• An interest in continuous learning and development.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Training/Education qualification or similar.
• Experience with training systems.
