Ashleigh is working on the Public Sector Team based down in Cork, recruiting for both permanent & temporary positions. Prior to joining Sigmar, Ashleigh spent 2 years working for a Contact Centre in Cork, where she joined as a Customer Service Agent. Ashleigh was promoted to the role of High Volume Recruiter where she worked for a year.

Ashleigh graduated Cork Institute of Technology back in 2019 with a 2.1 honours degree in Marketing and was drawn to recruitment as a career having started her first role after college
