Senior CRM Executive

Job description

Looking for an email marketing professional to deliver best in class CRM activities across all markets but specifically France, with a primary focus on delivering promotional newsletters and optimising the emails (content/display) at the different stages of the Contact Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Main responsibility will be the delivery of best in class promotional newsletters for the French market writing creative briefs, copy, briefing creative team, briefing webmasters on landing pages, building newsletters and identifying target audiences.
  • Responsibility for optimising all transactional emails for France working closely with the Rem Manager and the Product Owner for Post Sales
  • Working closely with management on strategy for Triggered (Lifecycle) communications (France predominantly)
  • Data checks and segmentation of the French market
  • Reporting on the performance of French market email communications and taking insights to optimise communications
  • Supporting the Director of Digital Operations and the REM Manager in strategy development across all email communications for the French market
  • Support the REM Manager and business in delivery of customer survey’s

Essential Competencies/ skills:

  • Experience with email marketing (required)
  • Excellent knowledge CRM tools
  • Strong understanding of data flows and targeting
  • Efficient with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Analytical
  • Experience working with IT teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Native French speaking and strong competency in English

Desired Competencies/ skills:

  • Basic html/CSS
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytic
