Super opportunity for someone to join a top global drinks company on a permanent basis

Looking for an experienced marketing manager who has at least 7+ years’ experience in a food or drinks background.

If you are someone who can be creative and innovative to deliver bold and brave visions to transform the products and bring them to the top level, then this is the role for you.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the creation of long-term brand strategies and brand plans based on insight
  • Work with multiple agencies, teams and partners to deliver on brand love objectives
  • Lead the overall Europe media strategy to move brand equity measures landing both purpose and products comms
  • Own and deliver the innovation strategy, marketing plans and ultimately the pipeline for the products
  • Build strong relationships with the commercial teams on the ground to deliver above and beyond AOP
  • Be the senior leader of the team by coaching others
  • Work hand in hand with the UK team to develop the best in class/ working relationships
  • Travel up to 20% across Europe

 Key Skills:

  • At least 6+ years’ experience in a food or drinks industry
  • Team management experience
  • Brand management experience
  • Ability to influence at all levels within the business especially commercial teams and senior management
  • Identify clear priorities and focus at all times
