About Your New Job
As the General Operative / Reach Stacker Driver, you will:
- Connect and disconnect tanks for heating.
- Collect and distribute HGV parts and materials.
- Shunt trailers to the Test Centre.
- Drive the container reach stacker/handler.
- Manage inventory and verify products and tanks correctly.
- Maintain a clean and safe yard environment.
- Clean and maintain equipment.
- Perform general housekeeping of the site.
- Undertake general ad hoc duties as requested by Management.
What Skills You Need
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Full clean Drivers License (CE License would be an advantage, but not essential).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Operative or in a similar role.
- Reach Stacker Licence is an advantage, but not necessary as full training will be provided.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Diligence and a strong focus on health and safety.
