VP Sales EMEA – SaaS/ IoT, Smart waste management

My client provide an innovative platform for smart waste management through a combination of IoT devices & Software for data insights. A new CEO has joined and looking to expand rapidly across Europe

Base circa 125k (250k OTE)

About Your New Job - VP Sales EMEA, SaaS/ IoT, Smart waste management

As the VP Sales EMEA you will sell IoT devices combined with a SaaS (Software) analytics platform for Smart waste management
You will work as an individual contributor in a hunting role as well as leading a team of sales reps
You will close deals averaging around the 250k mark working sales cycles between 3 – 6 months
You will develop a Go-to-Market sales strategy along with the CEO
You will sell to European markets, UKI, DACH, BENELUX, French, CEE
You will sell to private sector companies ranging in size from SMB to enterprise
You will recruit, mange and lead a team of inside sales reps
You will become an industry experts within the world of IoT/ SaaS & Smart waste/ recycling management

What Skills You Need for this VP Sales EMEA sales job

At least 10 years experience within a full sales cycle role within software/ technology
Experience selling IoT devices
experience leading a sales team & implementing a Go-to-Market strategy
Ideally experience in launching product in new market
