About Your New Role
The Underwriting Operations Analyst will play a key role within the Underwriting Operations team, supporting the delivery of the underwriting strategy through operational, analytical, and administrative excellence. This role combines process improvement, reporting, and system support to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making across Underwriting, Reinsurance and I.T.
What Skills You Need
- Relevant professional or third-level qualification with at least 2 years’ experience in an insurance environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and underwriting systems.
