About Your New Job

  • As Underwriting Operations Analyst you will support the documentation and enhancement of underwriting processes and systems, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and effectively implemented.
  • You will design, produce, and maintain operational reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive efficiency.
  • You will deliver ad hoc analysis, projects, and operational support to Underwriting and Reinsurance teams, helping to streamline processes and address emerging business needs.
  • As Underwriting Operations Analyst, you will maintain and enhance underwriting documentation, policies, and schedules, ensuring all materials are accurate and consistent with business standards, as well as distribute surveys, maintain activity logs, and produce reports and training materials to support operational oversight.

 

What Skills You Need

  • Relevant professional or third-level qualification with previous experience in an insurance environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and underwriting systems.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to support process improvements and ad hoc projects.
