About Your New Job
- Safely operate the assigned truck: Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations (StVO).
- Properly load and unload cargo: Ensure securement and compliance with weight limits.
- Inspect cargo for damage: Report any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records: Deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections: Ensure vehicle safety.
- Adhere to all safety regulations: Especially those related to the handling of Class IV materials.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or incidents promptly: Maintain operational efficiency.
- Follow company policies and procedures: Ensure compliance and safety.
What Skills You Need
- Valid Class C or CE driver's license: Depending on the vehicle weight and type of materials.
- Proof of professional competence (BKrFQG): Required for the role.
- ADR certification: May be required if transporting hazardous materials.
- Knowledge of Class IV material handling and transportation regulations: Essential for compliance.
