We are working with a large Construction company who operate in 80 countries. They design, manufacture and distribute materials and services for the construction and industrial markets. These solutions are present in various aspects of our daily lives and surroundings, including buildings, transportation, infrastructure, and numerous industrial applications. They are now looking for a Training Instructor. This position will be based in Dublin 22 with some travel to Meath.
About your new job as a Training Instructor;
Assisting Technical Academy and Sales Teams in coordinating training activities
Managing communication with attendees before and after sessions.
Supporting content updates on the Technical Academy website, web portal, and Salesforce CMS.
Ensuring accurate reporting of training activities.
Staying updated on relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Contributing to training development and enhancement.
Handling transportation of training materials.
Assisting the Products and Systems Team in product development.
What skill/experience you need for this Training Instructor job;
Construction qualifications with relevant experience
Ability to read, interpret, and communicate technical drawings.
Strong presentation skills for conveying technical and practical topics to large audiences.
