About Your New Job
- Operate a tower crane safely and efficiently in line with site requirements
- Assist with lifting operations, following lift plans and instructions from the site team
- Conduct daily safety checks and routine maintenance of the crane
- Communicate clearly with the slinger/signaler and other site personnel
- Comply with all site safety protocols and health & safety legislation
What Skills You Need
- Valid CSCS Tower Crane Operator ticket (Essential)
- Proven experience operating a tower crane on commercial or large-scale projects
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates (Essential)
- Strong awareness of site safety and communication protocols
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy construction environment
