Youโll listen to 300โ400 customer service calls in a test environment and track key time metrics
Spot patterns, track inefficiencies, and use Excel and Google Sheets to pull insights
Turn complex call data into clear executive summaries with recommendations
Present your findings to senior decision-makers and influence real change
Use ready-made templates and work with a mentor to fine-tune your insights
โ What You Need to Apply
2+ years in a customer service role, ideally with data or quality experience
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills โ you're confident working with formulas and charts
A curious mind and sharp eye for detail
Great presentation skills โ you're comfortable telling a story with data
Bonus: Experience with Minitab or exposure to Lean/Process Improvement methods
