About Your New Job
- Greet clients and visitors and manage their inquiries efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, ensuring accurate distribution and logging.
- Manage storage requests and coordinate with file stores for box returns.
- Book and log local and international couriers and manage the boardrooms and client-facing areas.
- Oversee visitor parking and manage the parking app.
- Order and track couriers and taxis, ensuring accurate records and reconciliation.
- Manage electronic diaries and bookings for meeting rooms, and prepare teas and coffees for boardrooms.
- Keep meeting rooms stocked and tidy, and manage stationery orders.
- Order catering for meetings and events and act as the point of contact.
- Perform other ad hoc duties to support the firm.
What Skills You Need
- Previous reception experience is essential.
- Confident communication skills with clients at all levels.
- Professional etiquette and a helpful attitude.
- Strong client service orientation and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivation and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and switchboard experience.
