About Your New Job
- As Technical Support Engineer, you will be providing technical support to internal field service and project engineers as well as customers.
- Identify spare parts and consumables and generate lists of spare parts for company products as required.
- Support the delivery of technical training programmes for customers covering products and services.
- Assist with customer site audit administration as necessary.
- Provide technical data required in the preparation of service contracts.
- Assist with preparation of proposals and project handovers to the service department.
What Skills You Need
- For this Technical Support Engineer job, you will have 2+ years’ in a similar role and a relevant engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or equivalent).
- You will also have great communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
