Technical Support Engineer / Permanent / Dublin (hybrid)

About Your New Job

• You will deliver front-line support across all IT areas
• You will provide first and second-level support to users
• You will prioritize tickets, manage competing priorities, and ensure complete issue resolution
• You will take ownership of user problems and proactively address issues
• You will perform events log monitoring, patch management, and system monitoring
• You will patch and upgrade operating systems, software, and applications
• You will manage security maintenance, including anti-virus and MDM roll-out, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• You will plan, test, and participate in the roll-out of upgrades/new applications, hardware, operating systems, and infrastructure equipment

What Skills You Need

• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with Windows 8/10+, Microsoft 365 – Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
• You will have experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange 2016/Online, Group Policy and Office 365
• Documentation experience
• Experience with Backup Technologies, Citrix/Terminal services, Enterprise Anti-virus
