Technical Support Advisor / Permanent / Dublin (hybrid)

About Your New Job

• You will be delivering front line support across all areas of IT
• You will be providing first and second level support to users
• You will be working on a busy helpdesk – prioritising tickets, managing competing priorities and ensuring issues get fully resolved
• You will be taking ownership of user problems and pro-active when dealing with issues
• You will be performing events log monitoring, patch management, system monitoring
• You will be patching and upgrading operating systems, software, and applications
• You will be looking after security maintenance – anti-virus and MDM roll-out, troubleshooting and maintenance
• You will be planning, testing and partnering in the roll-out of upgrades/new applications, hardware, operating systems and infrastructure equipment

What Skills You Need

• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with Windows 8/10+, Microsoft 365 – Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
• You will have experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange 2016/Online, Group Policy and Office 365
• Documentation experience
• Experience with Backup Technologies, Citrix/Terminal services, Enterprise Anti-virus
