Technical Services Engineer

About the Role
As a Technical Services Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth aircraft engine lease transitions. Your responsibilities will include technical condition evaluations, records review and preparing standardized documentation. This is a fast-paced, operational role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate aircraft engine performance, operation, and historical documentation to determine maintenance requirements.
- Identify and resolve outstanding documentation issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with internal teams to review and approve engine records.
- Liaise with aircraft operators (lessees) and customers (lessors) to ensure smooth lease transitions.
- Assess and recommend necessary maintenance actions based on engine condition.
- Confirm and verify engine maintenance has been properly executed.
- Generate comprehensive outgoing documentation, including Remaining Life information and Service Bulletin Status.
- Maintain and improve engine databases, ensuring efficient data processing.
- Analyse and summarize engine paperwork to support aircraft engine valuations.
- Provide technical guidance on engine fleet configurations and generate fleet status reports.
- Support other technical teams as needed based on customer demands.
