Business Application Support – Technical Service Desk Administrator / Dublin (Hybrid) / 12 month Fixed-Term Contract 

About Your New Role

  • provides asset and liability management services

About Your New Role

  • You will be joining the State Claims Agency (SCA) division 
  • You will be a point of contact to SCA user and client queries via phone and email
  • You will own SCA issues and requests, and provide support and advice to resolve business application issues
  • You will be troubleshooting, resolving and escalating requests as required
  • You will liaise with the IT department and external service providers
  • You will log and monitor all requests through the IT Helpdesk Software
  • You will support business needs to meet and exceed SLAs
  • You will contribute to processes and procedures improvement relating to the Operations department
  • You will manage user access and security requests in-line with procedures
  • You will support and own new business change requests when necessary

What Skills You Need

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues
  • Third level related Qualification
  • ITIL qualifications would be beneficial (Incident, Problem and Change management).
  • Project Management – Ability to contribute, test and support new application developments.
