Business Application Support – Technical Service Desk Administrator / Dublin (Hybrid) / 12 month Fixed-Term Contract
About Your New Role
- provides asset and liability management services
About Your New Role
- You will be joining the State Claims Agency (SCA) division
- You will be a point of contact to SCA user and client queries via phone and email
- You will own SCA issues and requests, and provide support and advice to resolve business application issues
- You will be troubleshooting, resolving and escalating requests as required
- You will liaise with the IT department and external service providers
- You will log and monitor all requests through the IT Helpdesk Software
- You will support business needs to meet and exceed SLAs
- You will contribute to processes and procedures improvement relating to the Operations department
- You will manage user access and security requests in-line with procedures
- You will support and own new business change requests when necessary
What Skills You Need
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues
- Third level related Qualification
- ITIL qualifications would be beneficial (Incident, Problem and Change management).
- Project Management – Ability to contribute, test and support new application developments.
