About Your New Job
As a Technical Records Specialist, you will:
- Manage documentation related to engine leases, including short-term operations, lease pool inductions, and lease return discrepancy reports.
- Review and ensure compliance of supplied documentation with OEM, airworthiness standards, and customer requirements.
- Maintain and update various record systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with customers, technical consultants, and stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.
- Interpret manufacturer manuals and service documentation for Life Limited Parts (LLP) and critical airworthiness directives.
- Support engineering teams and contribute to compiling data packs for engine records.
What Skills You Need to become a Technical Records Specialist
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience working with aircraft and/or aircraft engine documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with documentation management systems.
- Willingness to participate in training and occasional travel as required.
