About Your New Job

As a Technical Records Specialist, you will:

  • Manage documentation related to engine leases, including short-term operations, lease pool inductions, and lease return discrepancy reports.
  • Review and ensure compliance of supplied documentation with OEM, airworthiness standards, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain and update various record systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with customers, technical consultants, and stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.
  • Interpret manufacturer manuals and service documentation for Life Limited Parts (LLP) and critical airworthiness directives.
  • Support engineering teams and contribute to compiling data packs for engine records.

What Skills You Need to become a Technical Records Specialist

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience working with aircraft and/or aircraft engine documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with documentation management systems.
  • Willingness to participate in training and occasional travel as required.
