About Your New Job

• As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the technical departments (Quality Control and Product Development) in order to ensure that the highest quality requirements are satisfied and to foster innovation.
• To communicate with both new and current suppliers to make sure they adhere to our standards, including offering a decent value.
• Ensuring that the business is developed by the company through research, the creation of new products, and commercial understanding.
• To make certain that every item leaving the plant is of the greatest quality and that standards are viewed as a foundation for doing better.

Skills You'll Need

• As a Technical Manager, you must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in the food sector, or an equivalent, as well as at least 4 years' management experience.
• A third-level education in food science or a related field.
