Our client is a leading provider of integrated FM services that has been in operation for 40+ years, the company operate in various sectors including pharmaceutical, commercial, manufacturing, education and healthcare. They require a technical services manager to oversee the technical element for a state of the art office in Dublin City Centre.
Your New Job:
The role with be responsible for managing technical services for a corporate client. This role involves overseeing scheduled and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing budgets and service delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
- Provide clear, accurate, and effective reports to clients on schedules and progress.
- Offer value-added services to clients, including alternative solutions to problems.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management, with a focus on technical services along with a technical qualification.
- Strong understanding of maintenance management, safety protocols, and legal compliance.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple tasks and oversee teams.
- Ability to liaise with contractors and ensure service delivery meets high standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
- Provide clear, accurate, and effective reports to clients on schedules and progress.
- Offer value-added services to clients, including alternative solutions to problems.

What's On Offer:
The salary on offer is circa €70,000, along with pension, wellness allowance and death in service payment. An opportunity to work on a new large multinational office in Dublin City Centre.
