Technical Business Analyst
Exciting opportunity for a dedicated and analytical Business Analyst with a strong background in data analysis, MS SQL, and experience in the manufacturing sector. As a key member of the Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives.

About Your New Role
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and interpret data relevant to manufacturing operations.
- You will develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and load data from various sources (including ERP systems).
- You will create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for performance monitoring and trend analysis.
- You will utilize your experience in the manufacturing sector to identify operational inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and optimize resource allocation.
- You will stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our operations.
- You will work closely with business stakeholders to define and document business requirements, ensuring they align with data-driven decision-making goals.
- You will translate complex business needs into technical specifications and data models.
What Skills You Need
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in an Engineering, Science, IT or other related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical business analyst role.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills.
