Technical Facilities Manager
An industry-leading facilities company wants a Facilities Manager for multiple sites in Dublin Docklands with a large Tech company.
This role typically involves managing a team of technicians or support staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities might include:
- Team Leadership: Supervising and training technical support staff.
- Customer Support: Addressing customer inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Process Improvement: Analyzing service processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Working with other departments to align services with customer needs.
- Reporting: Tracking performance metrics and generating reports for management.
What you will do:
- You manage, coordinate and supervise supplier personnel and subcontractors to ensure
satisfactory completion of service delivery - You ensure all including supplier Health & Safety follow Health & Safety procedures
inductions, RAMS review and approval, appropriate Permit To Works are in place and review of
practices - Maintain effective relationships with suppliers with regular contract meetings and reviews as
required - Ensure that all contracts are effectively managed and controlled to achieve Service Level
Agreements and customer delight - You oversee operational budget and accruals within contract guidelines and financial procedures
ensuring spend compliance
What you will need:
- A strong understanding of good health & safety practices and promotes a strong Health & Safety culture
- Excellent understanding of FM,M&E services and Projects in occupied environments
- Strong It Skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team with strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and work under your own initiative
