About Your New Job

• Oversee a team of front line support agents and a team of account managers as they process queries, solve problems and present solutions to their customers and clients
• Build processes that encourage swift response and resolution times
• Coach and support the team to achieve their KPIs and NPS

What Skills You Need

• 2 years coaching and leading a team answering a range of queries across sales, tech and CS
• Full working rights for permanent employment in ireland
• Passion for data and solving problems quickly
