About Your New Employer

 A Sate owned company who operate the national electricity grid are seeking a Talen Acquisition Specialist to join their team.  

The successful candidate will oversee recruitment tasks within a dynamic setting, meeting established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and providing exceptional service to the business. Success in this role hinges on assuming accountability for the entire talent acquisition process, spanning from role approval and shortlisting to panel interviews and contract acceptance. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, the role holder will fulfil resourcing needs, aiming for a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates at every stage.

About Your New Job

  • Oversee a variety of recruitment assignments within a dynamic environment, meeting established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and providing top-notch service to the business.
  • Showcase proficiency in the seamless execution of our talent acquisition process, ensuring the efficient delivery of new talent throughout the organization, consistently fostering a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a prompt review of applications and the shortlisting of candidates, manage the entire interview and offer process for all assigned roles.
  • Maintain the consistent achievement of hiring targets by identifying suitable candidates for a diverse range of roles across multiple disciplines.
  • Proactively collaborate with the Team Lead to incorporate best practices and implement a contemporary approach to Talent Acquisition throughout all phases of the recruitment and selection process.


What Skills You Need

  • Applicable degree, usually accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in handling various recruitment assignments within a high-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with successful resourcing strategies, including the utilization of social media channels for candidate sourcing.
