The role:
Our client seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Dublin.
In this role, you will leverage your experience to identify hiring needs both now and in the future, manage candidate sourcing channels, report on progress, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
To excel, you will have a solid recruitment background, with experience inhouse sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, with a strong service delivery focus, managing expectations for both hiring managers and candidates.
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Lead
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring teams to identify resourcing plans.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through various channels, including agency partners, social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Screen candidates, arrange interviews, and manage the selection process.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Skills & Experience you will need
- 2 years In house recruitment experience
- Degree in related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing agency partners, social media, applicant tracking systems and professional networks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design job descriptions and interview questions.
