You will be responsible for the following;
- People Management, Mentoring and Training
- Staff Rotas
- Cash handling procedures
- Stock management
- Deliver outstanding quality, service and store profitability
- Customer services
- Branding and advertising
- Reporting and metrics
- Logistics
- Inventory control
- Internal staff meetings
What Skills You Need for this Fast Food Store Manager Job
- Written and spoken fluent English
- A relevant Food Qualification or Degree is a strong advantage
- Previous experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor or Assistant Manager in hospitality, food or retail
- Experience of opening and closing store
- Experience in supervising staff
- Experience in operations
- Experience in reporting and costings
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Must be living with commutable distance to Drogheda
- Must have up to date EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa to be applicable for this role
