About the Company:
An established company in the generator/manufacturing sector is looking to hire a Supply Chain Specialist for their Limerick-based operations. This is a key role supporting the end-to-end supply chain function, from procurement to performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage cost-effective procurement
- Monitor inventory levels and optimise stock control
- Coordinate logistics and select transport providers for inbound/outbound goods
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance and manage supply chain risks
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Maintain service reports, templates, and provide accurate quotations
- Identify and implement process improvements
What You Need:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a supply chain role, ideally in manufacturing/generators
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
