A leading pharmaceutical company in Sligo are looking for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join their team on a 12-month contract. As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator you will support Planning activities along with Logistics & Purchase. You will work directly with Operations, Purchasing & Supplier management.
About your new job as a Supply Chain Co-ordinator
- Implement and maintain SAP supply chain activities to support current and future product launches.
- Administer purchase requisitions and track purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries, working with PSM on material supply.
- Support shop floor planning and production control.
- Manage and maintain process orders for commercial, project, and engineering needs.
- Generate supplier schedules and visual boards, along with material, production, shipping, and inventory reports.
- Maintain the weekly production schedule and update SAP planning parameters.
- Participate in or lead weekly supply chain meetings as needed.
- Prepare data for the monthly IBP cycle.
- Collaborate with Vlog Planning on Humira and NJ product supply and demand.
- Ensure supply chain SOPs are accurate and up to date.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with quality and EH&S regulations at all times.
What skill/experience you need as a Supply Chain Co-ordinator
- Third level qualification in relevant field (degree desirable) and/or minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supply chain function in a highly regulated environment469
- Advanced SAP/ERP Knowledge and capability essential
- Strong computer skills such as word and Excel
- Strong organizational and Planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
