You will be an industry leader in the are of people led security solutions and secure tenders for important projects.

About Your New Job

• Using your knowledge of the security market in Ireland, seek out and win tenders for major projects
• Act as a market leading advocate for manned guard and mobile patrol services in the Republic of Ireland
• Proactively identify tender opportunities and build a strong pipeline of target accounts
• Lead and manage the full sales cycle with a view to increasing market share
• Work alongside internal teams to develop the value proposition and streamline the bid process

What Skills You Need

• 5+ years in the Irish Security industry with a specific focus on manned guard work
• Track record of developing and winning important clients
• Strategic focus to grow the overall business and share of market

€70-80k basic salary
