About Your New Job - Strategic Account Executive
- Understand client requirements, goals, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.
- Regularly engage with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure they are maximising the value
from our products and services - Identify and pursue opportunities to generate new business from existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for client growth
- Work closely with internal teams to influence product development and service
improvements based on client insights. - Provide regular reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and growth metrics.
- Achieve and exceed client retention and growth targets
What Skills You Need for this Strategic Account Executive job
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales, customer success, or account management
- Strong understanding of industry trends and client needs within the relevant sector
- Demonstrated ability to retain clients and grow accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build, nurture and maintain long-term relationships with clients
