About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Stock Supervisor to join a well-established organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and takes pride in maintaining efficient stock and administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct partial stock takes and daily cycle counts.
- Run and review stock variance reports, investigating any shortages or overages and reporting findings to management.
- Maintain accurate stock records and file levels across all departments.
- Ensure all materials and products are correctly labelled and tracked.
- Identify and report aged or slow-moving stock.
- Update product and price files when required.
- Carry out general administrative tasks and contribute ideas to improve processes.
About You
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong numerical and data-entry skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or retail administration is an advantage.
