As a Technical Area Sales Manager
- Work with stakeholders such as architects, surveyors, local authorities, building owners, or main and approved contractors.
- Manage an existing territory, maintain strong relationships and focus on commercial and public projects.
- You will build strong relationships with clients, ensuring reciprocal business and expanding your client base.
- You will oversee project procurement from outset to conclusion with a strong tracking and project management emphasis.
What Skills You Need
- 4+ years in construction sales, ideally focussed on the exterior of a building
- You must have a proven track record in technically focused specification sales, business development, and account management
- Hold a full clean driver's licence and rights to work in ireland
