About Your New Employer

My client is a well-established firm of medical negligence solicitors based in Dublin city centre. Combining legal expertise, medical knowledge and a passion for excellence, they have been successful in hundreds of Medical Negligence cases in Ireland over the past 35 years.

About Your New Job

As a key member of the team, you will manage medical negligence-related litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, preparing for hearings, attending court proceedings, and negotiating settlements when appropriate.

Provide comprehensive legal support to clients.

Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure clients are informed about potential impact.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.

What Skills You Need

Qualified solicitor – 12-18 months PQE

Extensive knowledge and experience in litigation with ability to manage their own caseload.

Strong understanding of the legal framework and industry-specific regulations within the Healthcare sector.

Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, with keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
