About Your New Job:

• Develop and manage project plans for successful completion of projects in coordination with CSM and clients
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
• Set deadlines, assign tasks, and monitor progress of projects
• Track written approvals & sign-off of LOEs, design/requirements, and acknowledgements
• Escalate delays, risks, and issues internally as needed (support issues, project delays, etc.)
• Track project budget and time spent
• Report on project status and closure to the Operations Director
• Coordinate priorities of internal team for projects
• Maintain project/task management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets etc.)
• Work with clients and Service Team to develop rollout/go-live plans

What Skills You’ll Need:

• 3-5+ years’ experience in software project management
• In addition, experience in retail / e-commerce / POS / EPOS is a plus
• Experience using Jira / Confluence / Smartsheets
• Fluent in English, knowledge of French or other EU language is an bonus, but not required

What’s on Offer:

• Salary on offer is €70k-€85k DOE
