With residential, commercial and industrial projects based in Dublin and the surrounding counties, this company has a reputation for investing heavily in both their staff and technology to ensure their teams have the skills, expertise and technical resources necessary to efficiently take their projects from start to finish. They've had annual turnover in excess of 40 million and have many long term projects in the pipeline.
About Your New Job
The role will involve the full responsibility of management of the project on site, managing trade staff and subcontractors, ordering materials, taking in deliveries, coordination with builders etc. You will report directly into the project manager on the project. The ideal candidate will have 10 years’ experience working on mechanical install projects.
What Skills & Requirements You Need
- 10+ years experience working on mechanical / plumbing install projects.
- Trade qualification in plumbing / pipefitting.
- Experience working on largescale commercial, industrial or residential projects.
- Capable of running large crews of trades staff and general operatives.
What’s on Offer
The successful candidate will be paid a salary of circa €75,000 with a vehicle. The company also provides a pension contribution, bonus, death in service, phone, and laptop.
