Site Manager (Commercial and residential)

Your new company

We are currently recruiting for an Site manager to join an award winning main contractor based in Dublin, Kildare and Midlands on a full-time basis, This Contractor works across multiple sectors including , Commercial, Educational, and residential.

Your new Role:

• Report to the Project Manager / Contracts Manager.
• You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to cost, programme, quality and safety standards.
• Oversee projects and manage personnel on site including, direct staff and subcontractors to ensure that productivity levels are high
• Ensure that company policies and Health & Safety policies are adhered to on site
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works meet requirements, are on time and in budget

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager for a main contractor
• Ability to manage site programme and associated schedules to meet required deadlines.
• Engineering background is desirable
• Must have experience in managing residential projects from the ground up.
