About Your New Job
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Prepare and submit site reports, drawings, and other necessary documentation
- Setting out: Accurately set out the site and ensure all measurements and levels are correct
- Use of surveying equipment to establish site levels and boundaries
What Skills You Need
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal guidelines
- Experience with setting out and using surveying equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full driving license (vehicle provided)
