About Your New Job
- As the Service Lead, you will lead and develop a team of E&I Technicians and Electricians, supporting the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Liaise with the Technical Service Manager for day-to-day management of the team.
- Deliver strong technical leadership while balancing strong customer and people management.
- Ensure planned and reactive maintenance is carried out as required and in line with best practice.
- Assess works carried out and provide feedback on observations.
- Ensure SOPs are adhered to and are in line with company expectations.
- Identify training needs within the team and schedule required training. Ensure proper documentation is prepared prior to specific service jobs.
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
- Support the Commercial team with technical advice as required.
- Help to promote and build a strong engineering culture.
What Skills You Need
- Proven experience in leading and developing technical teams.
- Strong technical background in E&I and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards and practices.
