About Your New Role
- Manage a team of Service Desk Administrators (4 in total, between Cork and Dublin)
- Make sure all feedback and status of incidents and service requests are relayed to management promptly.
- Monitor the creation, scheduling and delivery status of all tasks using systems in place
- Ensure Admins have the resources needed to complete their duties
- Conduct performance reviews, One to One meetings and maintain a high level of morale within the team
- Track all Service team annual leave and expenses while working with the accounts team
- Adhere to/improve all internal and customer quality standards
- Travel to Dublin on a weekly/bi-weekly basis is required for this role
What Skills You Need
- Analytical with exceptional numerical skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience managing a team
- Experience with Sage 50 is a bonus
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Fluent English is essential.
- Strong problem solving and good decision making skills.
- Full License and own transport
