About Your New Job:

  • As a Service & Commissioning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering "Excellence every day" to our customers.
  • Your responsibilities will include commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating, and validating all equipment and applications within our Business Portfolio.
  • Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will work collaboratively with technical and non-technical customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive on-site service, including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintenance, repair, calibration, and validation of equipment and applications
  • Ensure "Service Excellence" and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner
  • Manage stock of spare parts and consumables in the Company vehicle
  • Participate in the On-Call Engineer Rota
  • Identify revenue opportunities and provide feedback to the Head of Industrial Field Service
  • Conduct briefings, tours, and training for customers and colleagues
  • Comply with safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
  • Adhere to site rules and participate in inductions
  • Represent the Company professionally and adhere to personal protective equipment requirements
  • Fulfill ad hoc duties as required, including travel to client sites and offsite meetings/training events

What Skills You Need:

  • Electrical Qualification
  • 2-3 years of experience in Electrical and Mechanical work
  • Experience working as a Field Service Engineer
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Strong report writing skills or willingness to develop them
  • Awareness of health and safety risks on client properties
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry (desirable)
