About Your New Job

• Oversee and manage site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site records and reports.

What Skills You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
