Senior Support Engineer
Seeking an experienced Senior Level 3 Engineer who will serve as a Networking Specialist and play a critical role in managing and enhancing their clients' networking environments.

About Your New Job as a Senior Support Engineer
- You will be working onsite, providing Level 2/Level 3 support for key clients.
- You will establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level and executive-level clients, serving as the primary technical point of contact.
- You will mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on complex networking challenges.
- You will act as an escalation point for more complex issues.
- You will design, implement, and manage complex networking solutions for clients, ensuring high availability and security.
- You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving networking issues, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- You will work with other team members to maintain and monitor clients’ networks and infrastructure.
- You will act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and recommendations related to networking infrastructure.
- You will lead projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and documentation.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
What Skills You Need in this Level 3 IT Support Job
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience providing Level 2 support, with a focus on networking.
- Networking certificates (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network).
- A strong proficiency in networking protocols.
- Experience with Azure, Office 365, SharePoint.
- A proven track record showing ownership and responsibility in projects.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with high-level clients.
- Project management experience.
