About Your New Job

You will be responsible for the development, release and support of Customer Service Management needs.
You will lead the development, maintenance, and support for Customer Service Management applications throughout the Software Development Lifecycle according to the IT methodology, department SOP’s, team guidelines, best practices and industry standards
You will be subject matter expert for technical services of cloud
You will Analyse, designs, and develop new application software and/or interfaces between applications
You will participate in all aspects of the software development project
You will research and apply new technologies
You will collaborate with the Architects, Business Analysts and Product Owners
You will provide technical direction to the development team, review and sign off on design and code

What Skills You Need

Third level qualification and a minimum of 7+ years’ post qualification relevant experience
Strong leadership experience
You should have Strong experience building custom enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform
Experience with Salesforce integration mechanisms, batch and real-time
Working knowledge of Platform Events, REST API, ETL, ELT, EAI, API-lead middleware platform integration
Experience building Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions preferred
Experience in Object Oriented Programming a plus (Java, C++, C#)
Salesforce Developer Certification preferred
