Senior R&D Engineer – Product Development

A leading manufacturer and marketer of proprietary disposable medical devices used in interventional, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures

About Your New Job

• Develop and source appropriate materials and technologies for medical device design & construction.
• Generate and maintain required Engineering and Design documentation in line with the Quality Management
• System and associated regulatory requirements
• Lead, contribute and present at Design Technical and Phase reviews ensuring all required data and deliverables are present, complete and robust

 What Skills You Need

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field
• At least 7 years previous related experience, or which at least 2yrs in a Project Lead/ supervising capacity
• Formal project management training an advantage
• Demonstrated practice in successful Product design and development
• Good working knowledge of medical device materials and processes
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD / Solidworks and / or 3D modelling experience.
