About Your New Job
- Client Relationships: Cultivate existing client connections, leveraging them for cross-selling opportunities
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed financial goals aligned with your role
- Budgetary and Business Planning: Play a significant role in the budgetary process and strategic business planning
- Department Oversight: Assist in the expansion and improvement of the department, ensuring smooth operations
- Hands-on Property Management: Oversee various commercial properties, including shopping centers, retail parks, office blocks, warehouse/logistics, and mixed-use developments
- Property Management: Manage budgeting, sub-lettings, rent collection, service charge administration, insurance, tenant applications, health and safety, and on-site resource management.
- Third Party Engagement: Collaborate with legal, financial, and technical professionals
- Business development: Act as a key company ambassador, participating in business development initiatives
- Due Diligence: Adhere to and contribute to pre-due diligence activities in line with group policies and procedures
- Reporting: Provide accurate information to the Managing Director and Senior Directors as required.
- Colleague Development: Contribute to the development of other team members.
- Network Relationships: Develop and manage relationships within the companies network, becoming a key stakeholder and spokesperson for the Irish business.
- Market Insights: Stay updated with market movements, trends, analysis, and pricing, liaising closely with the research department, investment team, and other advisory teams.
- System Efficiency: Familiarize yourself with existing systems and propose more efficient software/systems for better execution.
- ESG Initiatives: Lead the implementation and vision of our ESG initiatives and requirements.
What Skills You Need
- Qualifications: Degree level qualification, Honours Degree, SCSI/RICS qualification, and PSRA license are essential
- Experience: 5 or more years proven experience in a similar role within a commercial real estate firm
- Skills:
- Ability to work independently and show initiative, drive, and integrity.
- Experience using and the ability to quickly learn bespoke property management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Dynamic approach to identifying new business and development opportunities.
- Strong client focus and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Effective prioritization and willingness to travel internationally on an ad hoc basis.
