About Your New Employer:
Our client is a nationwide know company who are a market leader in their industry. They are looking for an experienced office administrator to join their growing team in the Galway City HQ.
About Your New Job:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day admin duties.
- Updating of management charts and current workload documents.
- Preparing documents for Senior Leadership Team meetings and Board meetings.
- Assisting the Technical team with tender submissions.
- Supporting the ongoing development of the company’s corporate branding and quality of presentation material in relation to prequalification and tender submissions.
- Other ad hoc office duties as requested.
What Skills You Will Need:
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience in using IT systems i.e. Excel/Word.
- Good Communication skills both verbal and written.
