About Your New Job as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer
- Improve processes using Lean tools like DMAIC, Kaizen, and VSM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment, material, and quality issues.
- Lead validation efforts – develop protocols, execute tests, analyze data.
- Support CAPAs, audits, and compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA standards.
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance operations.
What Skill/Experience You Need as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer
- Degree in Engineering + 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Green Belt preferred; strong Lean and validation background required.
- Experience in medical device or other regulated manufacturing.
- Proficiency in DOE, Six Sigma, and CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Organized, proactive, and a strong team collaborator.
